Reminder: The October TMS PTO meeting will take place TONIGHT at 7:30. The meeting will take place in the Media Center located upstairs above the offices. The TMS PTO is working hard to raise money to offset the class trips to Camp Storer and Washington DC. TMS parents we need you to make this happen! Please plan to attend the meeting!
The Central Office has organized a community event fundraiser to benefit our supporting organizations. On Thursday November 16, from 7-8:30 pm the district is hosting world-renowned magician and illusionist, Krendl, to perform a family-oriented performance at the TPAC. Krendl’s extensive magic career has been in traveling the world serving the resort, theater, casino and cruise entertainment industry. We are very fortunate to have him visit Defiance, thanks to a local connection. All proceeds from this ticketed event will be split equally and distributed to the supporting organizations that continue to support Tinora. https://www.tickettailor.com/events/show/1020731
THS will operate on a 1-hour early dismissal schedule on Tuesday, October 10. We WILL NOT be dismissing early. Instead we will be holding an assembly for students beginning at 2:00 p.m. Students will be dismissed at the normal time (3:12 p.m.). Students enrolled in CCP courses should plan accordingly and plan to attend the assembly at 2:00 p.m. if possible.
AFTER PROM - Anyone interested in a After Prom Raffle ticket, they will be sold at the Program table tonight at the Football game. The raffle will be on Oct. 21 at the Eagles. It will be a great night to help raise money for our Jr. and Sr. to have a great night at prom in April. Attached is the flyer with more details about the event. https://5il.co/26g28

Attention THS students enrolled in CCP classes: We will be holding a pep assembly on Friday, October 6, beginning at approximately 2 p.m. We will be operating on a regular bell schedule. Please plan accordingly.
Tinora After Prom: Any Jr. or Sr. parent interested in helping plan this years After Prom, please join us for our 1st meeting of the year on October 4th at 7 p.m. at the Elementary School.
Archery: Open house for only NEW archers and their Parent/Guardian begins on Monday October 9th and Thursday October 12th at 6:30 p.m. in the elementary gym. Returning archers and their Parent/Guardian open house is Monday November 6th at 6:30 p.m. in the elementary gym.
THS Football: Tinora High School will be offering presale football tickets on Oct 4th, 5th, 6th, 18th, 19th, 20th. Presale tickets may be purchased from the High School Office between the hours of 9:00AM-3:15PM. Ticket prices are $7 per person. We have opened up another ticket booth for general admission + a gate specific for students during GMC game nights, season pass holders, and presale tickets. The Cross Country invite at Miller Park for today (9/30) has been pushed back an hour due to fog. The elementary fun run will now start at 10:00. The junior high races will start at 11:00, followed by the HS races at 12:00.
THS Volleyball: Saturday, September 30th @ Tinora - JV plays at 9 a.m., Varsity will follow.
The Cross Country Edgerton Invite (9/30) has new start times because of the anticipated fog. 9:00 1 Mile Fun Run, 10:00 Jr. High Girls, 10:30 Jr. High Boys, 11:00 Varsity Girls, 11:45 Varsity Boys.
