Reminder that THS picture day is this Wednesday, September 27. ALL students will get their pictures taken at Tinora High School, including seniors and students attending Four County. Students attending Four County should get their picture taken in the morning before going to school. We will begin taking pictures at 7:30 a.m. on the stage in the cafeteria. If you have CCP classes, please arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. to have your picture taken.
Seniors: These pictures will serve as your composite pictures for the yearbook. Gentlemen are expected to wear a shirt and tie, and ladies are expected to wear a nice shirt or dress.

THS Students and Parents,
Picture day is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27. ALL students will have their pictures taken on the same day, including seniors. This is a change from last year due to the retirement of Rod Brown. Families will be able to purchase pictures from Lange Photography. Order forms were sent home with your student and emailed to you last week.
Seniors:
Seniors, these pictures will serve as your composite pictures for the yearbook. Gentlemen are expected to wear a shirt and tie, and ladies are expected to wear a nice shirt or dress.
Students attending Four County:
Another change this year is that students attending Four County will need to report to Tinora High School on September 27 to have their pictures taken. Lange Photography will be set up to take pictures beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the high school. Students who ride the bus or drive to Four County will have first priority when getting their pictures taken. The bus will transport students to Four County after all bus riders finish getting pictures taken.
Students enrolled in CCP courses:
Report to the school no later than 9:30 a.m. to get pictures taken. Please communicate with the high school office if you have a conflict with a CCP class.

THS Football: Tinora High School will be offering presale football tickets on Sept. 20th, 21st, 22nd, Oct 4th, 5th, 6th, 18th, 19th, 20th. Presale tickets may be purchased from the High School Office between the hours of 9:00AM-3:30PM. Ticket prices are $7 per person. Athletic Boosters: On September 25th at 7 p.m. in the middle/high school cafeteria, we will be hosting elections for the position of President and Treasurer. If anyone is interested in running for these positions to please join us for our meeting.
Concert at PAC: Bethlehem/St. Mark's Lutheran Church is sponsoring a concert performed by the band Winona Avenue from Indianapolis, IN. They will be performing at the Performing Arts Center on Sunday, September 24th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. Seats are available on a first come first serve basis and it will be a free will donation. HS Volleyball: The volleyball game on Saturday, September 16th will now start at 9 a.m. for JV and the Varsity match will follow. Previously it was scheduled for 10 a.m.

The dental van will be coming to Tinora on Oct. 26th. If you want your child to be seen by the dentist and hygienist at NO charge to you, please complete the consent form attached and have your child return it to the school office by Friday, Sept 15th. Attention 5th and 6th Grade Little League Football Parents: Players need to be at the Fairview High School Field by 9 AM tomorrow morning (Saturday, September 9th) for official weigh-ins. We will be on the visitor's sidelines.

We will meet by instrument: Flutes on Monday, Clarinets and Saxophones on Tuesday, Trumpets, Trombones, and Baritones on Wednesday, and Percussion on Thursday. If your student ordered an instrument through Rettig, they will receive it at school. Otherwise, they should bring their instrument to school. The After Prom committee will be hosting an Extravaganza Reverse Raffle with cash prizes and other great prizes. The event will be on October 21, 2023. Tickets will be on sale at some volleyball and football games and all our committee members have tickets to sell.
